Refund Policy
At our salon, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in providing quality services delivered by trained professionals. Due to the nature of salon services, the following refund policy applies:
Services
All services are non-refundable once rendered.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify the salon before leaving the premises so that we may assess and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable adjustment or correction.
Concerns raised after leaving the salon must be communicated within 24 hours of the service. Management will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution at its discretion.
Products
Retail products may be exchanged within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition, accompanied by a receipt.
Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund or exchange, unless proven to be defective at the time of purchase.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 3 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if sufficient notice of cancellation is provided.
