Appointments & Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability and may be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive the full service booked. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 3 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made outside this timeframe or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation or no-show fee and/or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Deposits & Payments
Deposits may be required to secure certain appointments and are non-refundable. Payments for services and products are due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed.
Services & Results
While we strive to provide high-quality services, individual results may vary depending on hair type, skin type, and personal care practices. The salon does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or previous treatments prior to receiving services. The salon will not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose such information.
Refunds & Adjustments
All services are non-refundable once rendered. Any concerns regarding a service should be raised before leaving the salon or within 24 hours so that management may review and determine an appropriate resolution.
Personal Belongings
The salon is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
